Welcome to Raptor PCS

Raptor PCS began as a computer store specializing in modding, pimping and building custom PCs. Today, Raptor PCS is also driven to provide a unique and valuable computer repair service to our clients.

Inspired by our customers, we studied the business models of regional computer repair shops. We discovered that these businesses typically charge $60.00 per bench hour and that simply removing viruses could take as much as five hours!

We value the relationships we have with our customers. From listening to them, we found two problems with the traditional business model used by local computer repair shops:

1. Price: "I want to know how much it is going to cost, not an hourly rate!"
2. Quality: "I bring my computer in over and over and every time I get charged hourly for something they can't seem to fix properly!"

After further investigation we determined a flat rate pricing structure and other practices that addressed these issues. In 2007 we introduced our $40 flat rate service fee.

Raptor PCS continues to innovate and improve our service. The opportunity to gain practical experience removing viruses and malware has developed into proprietary methods to ensure a comprehensive fix every time. These methods remove viruses while ensuring that other damaged and missing files are repaired.

Finally, in 2007, we became a Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer and moved to our current location. With 3000 square feet and five employees we are positioned to continue to provide exceptional service to our clients!

Raptor PCS' tagline "No Lubrication Needed" was actually derived from a client who had told us they felt they got screwed from our competitors by getting a $300.00 virus cleaning bill!
